Puppy of the Month is Price.
Price is being raised by Melanie and Kelsey.
My daughter, Kelsey, and I
were so excited to get the call from Louise about
our puppy. We took a whole week to consider names that began with "P", and
settled on the top three. Price was our second choice (Pippin being our
first), and now it just seems as if it fits perfectly. In just 30 short
days, Price has learned how to "get busy" like a professional, as well as
how to sit really well. We haven't worked on "down" so much, or "heel", but
we've incorporated those commands now this week more than before. Price has
been to the grocery store many times, the pet food store once, multiple
water polo games and tournaments, dentists office, and the houses of a few
friends and family members. We have our bag with a bowl, water, toy, and
poo bags ready to go every day for when we have an outing. He's getting
quite used to getting into the truck, and for the first time, jumped out of
the truck today. An awfully long drop for a puppy. We've been to one puppy
meeting where Price was able to see what he has to aspire to, with so many
good examples to choose from.
We love our puppy!
